At first go to from Opera Mini on your Android/Java devices.
Login into your Account.
Now go to "Profile" > "About" > "Gender(Edit)" > "Custom" > "Add Custom Gender(s)" > type "Boy" or "Girl" in the search box & click on search button > mark "Boy" or "Girl" & click on Add Selected button > click on "Done" > edit the Audience "Friends" to "Only Me" > and then click on Save button...
That's all! Now no one can see Gender on your FB Profile...
