প্রিয় টেকটিউনস ভাইরা প্রথমেই আমার সালাম নিবেন, আমি আজ থেকে তিন দিন আগে Payoneer Authority-এর কাছে এই Massage -টা দিয়েছিলাম -

Dear Sir/Mam, 20 days ago I got Payoneer Master Card, but I can't login my account, input "Email" and "Password" then click the "Login" option display show that error massage-

"Account Blocked! Please contact customer support".

Then, I contact Payoneer support center.So, today(29.10.15) this problem is solve by Pyoneer authority.Today(29.10.15), login my account then I show that display-

"Your card is blocked!"

I can't understand how to activate my account because there is no "Activate" button.Today, I am two time live chat but they aren't solve my account problem.Sir/Mam, please help me quick and solve my account problem.

আমার Payoneer Account Login-করার পরে নিচের মতো Page আসে –

আমি তিন দিন আগে দুইবার Live Chat করার পরে কোন সমাধান না পেয়ে Payoneer Authority-এর কাছে উপরের SMS-টি  দিয়েচিলাম, তিন দিন পরে তারা আমাকে আজকে নিচের মতো একটা  SMS -দিয়েছে -

Please be advised that this account cannot be approved as our records show you already ordered a Payoneer card in the past. Please note that Payoneer currently allows only one card per person.Our response to your e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address on your existing account.Should you not have access to the email on your existing account please reply with an alternative email address. Note: This must be an email address that does not already exist in our system.

কিন্তু  আমি এখন কি করব বুঝতে পারছিনা, তাই আমাকে একটু জানিয়ে  দেন টেকটিউনস ভাইরা Pls.
