Payoneer Local Bank Transfer সার্ভিস ব্যাবহারের প্রথম অভিজ্ঞতাঃ

গত ৮ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০১৫ তারিখে Payoneer International Debit Mastercard একাউন্ট থেকে আমার ইসলামী ব্যাংক বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড এর একাউন্টে ডলার Withdraw দিয়েছিলাম। আজ ০৯ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০১৫ ইং তারিখে মাত্র ২৪ ঘন্টার মাঝেই একাউন্টে টাকা জমা হল 🙂

Payoneer এর এই লোকাল ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার সার্ভিস টা ভালোই লাগল। আগে Payoneer কার্ড দিয়ে ATM বুথ ব্যাবহার করে ক্যাশ আউট করতাম। ATM থেকে তুলতে গেলে প্রতিবার ৩ ডলার চার্জ দেওয়া লাগত। এবং প্রতিবার সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০ করে ক্যাশ আউট করা যেত। এবং ডলার রেট পাওয়া যেত ৭৪-৭৫ এর মত। Local ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার এর সুবিধা হল প্রতিবার মিনিমাম ২০০ ডলার থেকে ১০,০০০ ডলার পর্যন্ত Withdraw দেওয়া যায়। এবং ডলার রেট ৭৬+ পাওয়া যায়। অর্থাৎ ATM থেকে যেই অতিরিক্ত ৩ ডলার চার্জ দেওয়া লাগত তা দেওয়া লাগে না। শুধু ডলার থেকে টাকায় কনভার্ট হবার সময় ২% কনভার্সেশন চার্জ কাটে।

বিঃ দ্রঃ Payoneer এর এই লোকাল ব্যাংক সার্ভিস ব্যাবহার করতে আপনার Payoneer এর একাউন্টে গিয়ে Menu থেকে Withdraw Option থেকে Withdraw to Bank Account ক্লিক করে আপনার ব্যাংক একাউন্ট এড করে নিন। পেওনার এর একাউন্টের নামের সাথে অবশ্যই  আপনার ব্যাংক একাউন্ট এর নামের মিল থাকতে হবে।

Payoneer থেকে বাংলাদেশের যেকোন লোকাল ব্যাংকে টাকা Withdraw দিলে কোন চার্জ কাটবে না।

What is the Withdrawal Service to my bank account?

  • Withdrawing funds from your Payoneer account to your personal bank account is available to over 200 countries in more than 50 currencies. You can request the service in your Payoneer My Account.

How can I withdraw funds from my Payoneer account to my bank account?

  • Login to your My Account - under the “Withdrawal” tab, select “My bank account”
  • If this is your first attempt to withdraw funds, please click on the “Add Bank Account” button and proceed to the account registration - follow the instructions on the page
  • If you already have a withdrawal account approved by Payoneer - select the requested “Bank Account Description” that you want to transfer to from the drop down list
  • Enter the requested “Amount” - enter your “Withdrawal Description” - select your “Fees Selection” preference - click “Continue”
  • Fill in the requested fields in the “Security Confirmation” - submit your request and allow a few days for the approval process
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with your withdrawal submission approval and further details

If I apply for the Withdrawal Service, what are my costs and obligations?

  • There are no fixed set-up or recurring (monthly/annual) fees or obligations for the Withdrawal Service. For each transfer, there is a fee that varies depending on your selected country and currency. Detailed pricing will be provided during the registration process per the country and currency selected.

Both Local Bank transfers and Wire transfers are available for my country, which option should I select?

  • Local bank transfers are the most efficient, fastest and most cost effective way to get your bank transfer. With local bank transfers, your funds are sent locally within your country and in your local currency. This allows funds to arrive sooner as well as avoids international landing fees that may be imposed by your bank.

    We recommend that you always select your local currency when available.

Can I provide a bank account which is not in my name?

  • In order to withdrawal funds from your Payoneer account, you must provide a bank account in your name or an account which is owned by you. If you own the account but it is not in your name, you may be requested to provide supporting account ownership documentation.

How long does it take for the withdrawal transfer to arrive to my bank account?

    Once your transfer request is approved, the transfer processing time varies, depending on your country and currency:

  • The estimated time for local bank transfers is 1-3 business days.
  • The estimated time for wire transfers is 3-7 business days.

Are there any limits for transferring and receiving money?

  • Yes, there are some limits that may vary according to your country and currency requested. Your exact limits will be displayed to you when you “Add Bank Account” to your withdrawal profile.

    • * The requested transfer amount including the transfer fee cannot exceed your available account balance.

How is my foreign exchange (FX) rate determined?

  • Foreign exchange conversion rates are determined at the time of the transfer and ranges from 2% - 2.75% above the official mid-market exchange rates. For a full description, please click on the “Pricing and Fees” link available when first signing up for the “Withdrawal” service in your My Account.

Can I connect more than one bank account to my Withdrawal Service?

  • You may register up to three bank accounts for your Withdrawal Service. Only one account per currency may be active at any time.

কত দিনের ভিতর payoneer এর master card এর ফি দিতে হবে। না দিলে কি একাউন্ট close করে দিবে। আমি অনেক আগে master card এনে active করে রেখেছি but dollar withdraw দেইনি। কোনো সমস্যা হবে কি?
